I went from summer to winter in 24 hours, luckily flights were OK. First day riding, trying some DC gear at Vail, I never rode a rocker board before and it was OK, nice on powder and really forgiving on rails and boxes. Thanks to Inside/Kiwi for helping with the gear. Now on my way to Breckenridge.
So here I’m again traveling. Somehow I made it to Wanaka, including 15 hours on planes, 9 hours on airports, 5 hours driving and 3 hours doing other stuff like picking up my snowmobile. All in one hit … what a long, long day.
So it was time to pack up and get in the plane. What it supposed to be a mellow trip ended up being an long as nightmare thanks to LAN. After the Auckland Experience I though that all the problems were over. I was so wrong. Anyway after 2 delayed flights, a connection lost and 33 hours later I finally arrived.
Good times indeed, but it’s time to go home to say hi. Thanks NZ!.
PS: Wanaka Airport is the best!.
