Another snowy day, but went shooting anyway with Jody, Ben, Jay and Mike. Jump, road lines and a jib ready for tomorrow, it was a long but productive day.
First day in Breckenridge, went out shooting with Will and TG. Some things didn’t work, others we made it work. We’ll be back for more soon, it was good fun indeed.
This is a video made out of random clips taken with the Canon G10, while I wasn’t taking pics. Or maybe I was in front of the camera doing a few turns on a snowboard or a snowmobile, so some of my friends filmed with the G10. Anyway, this is an unofficial summary of my 2010 year, started in Chile, then USA, Chile, New Zealand, Chile, New Zealand and back to Chile. Thanks for the good moments to everybody.
It was late March and I went to visit my friend Arturo to Davis, California. Cool little town with bikes, hippies and a big university.
Pretty crazy days getting stuff sorted for the sled mission with Robett. Stickers, sled shop, shipping container, plane tickets, customs and the list goes on … and it was still snowing!!!.
This is a pretty popular zone but it was my first time around this area. The snow was sun baked but it was good to see some lines, like this pretty sick one Jeremy Jones did for Standard Films a few years back. You can see it in the pictures, I still can’t believe how he did that. Almost forgot to mention that I got a lil stuck on the sled, here’s the video proof.
Spent my birthday doing things that I like. Eating a good breakfast, snowmobiling, getting some pictures, chilling at the backcountry and having a nice dinner … and a few beers after … mellow.
I catch up with Stefi and Possum AKA Salt N’ Peppa in Breck, we did a couple of shots and had some chillaxin time along with Stef Z and Shelly G.
After a couple of days of sleding, we decided to use our trustable legs for this mission. Despite the sun never came out, we still found a couple of things that worked … and a couple didn’t of course.
A couple of weeks ago I went to look for stuff to shoot, so last week we went back to actually shoot the stuff.
